On May 13, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Torpong Kreetachat, Dean of the School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao (UP), together with staff from the University of Phayao unit of the Innovation and Technology Assistance Program (ITAP), participated in the consultation titled “Advancing Toward Green Industry,” organized by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). The event aimed to provide information on mechanisms and support plans to enhance modern businesses through caring carbon management, with a focus on sustainability and achieving carbon neutrality. Key topics included organizational/ product, carbon footprints and the advancement of green industries. The session was attended by entrepreneurs from Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Phrae, and Nan provinces and acknowledged strong interest from the participants.
