The School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao (UP), extends its congratulations to the students who have been selected to participate in the “Energy Literacy Program for Students (ELP), Class 9,” scheduled to be held during 8–12 June 2026 at the Energy Academy Institute and PTT Public Company Limited in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
