On 9 June 2026, the School of Energy and Environment (SEEN), University of Phayao, led by Dr. Pramet Sittisanti, Assistant Dean, together with Ms. Saengdao Tirasri, President of the Yean Watershed Fish Farming and Fish Processing Community Enterprise, and the working team, welcomed University of Phayao personnel participating in the Level 3 Area-Based Skills Development Program during their field visit to study the operations of the community enterprise.

The field activity aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge, understanding, and practical area-based working skills through learning from a model community that has been continuously supported and developed by SEEN. During the visit, participants collected field data, exchanged experiences, and studied the management processes of the community enterprise.

The knowledge and insights gained from this activity will be further applied to strengthen sustainable community and local development, in line with the University of Phayao’s guiding philosophy: “Wisdom for Community Empowerment.”

วันที่ 9 มิ.ย. 69 คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ม.พะเยา นำโดย ดร.ปรเมษฐ์ สิทธิสันติ์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี พร้อมด้วย คุณแสงดาว ตีระสี ประธานกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนเลี้ยงปลาและแปรรูปปลาลุ่มน้ำเหยี่ยน และคณะทำงาน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการพัฒนาทักษะเชิงพื้นที่ ระดับ 3 ในโอกาสลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมชมและศึกษาการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนเลี้ยงปลาและแปรรูปปลาลุ่มน้ำเหยี่ยน

การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และเพิ่มพูนทักษะการปฏิบัติงานเชิงพื้นที่ให้แก่บุคลากร ผ่านการเรียนรู้จากการดำเนินงานจริงของชุมชนต้นแบบ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่คณะพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมรับผิดชอบในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนา โดยผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และศึกษากระบวนการบริหารจัดการของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับไปต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาชุมชนและท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน ต่อไป ดังปณิธานของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ว่า “ปัญญาเพื่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน”
